In the beggining

In the beginning, there were four women sitting around and talking about their goals for the year. Now, mind you these women just might have been enjoying a party and some libations in the quiet comfort of ones hearth in home. During a quite hilarious moment of writing their goals down for the year, as it was near the end of the year, one girl (that's me) wrote down  "better health platypus." What I meant to write down was "better health physically." Laughs were had and it was decided that this name was unique, like me. I felt with this name a serendipitous happen chance and viola this blog was born into the night. Much like a certain superhero comic that resembles a bat-except less wings and more of the animals face.
